 The name Silverstone is synonymous with
the best of British motor racing, reflecting
style, prestige and heritage in one of the
world’s highest profile sporting arenas.
Constructed at the world famous Silverstone
Circuit – the home of British motorsport and
the venue of the Grand Prix – is the
Silverstone Innovation Centre. The £4.2m
centre, a joint venture between the British
Racing Drivers Club and the East Midlands
Development Agency is designed to house up
to 40 high performance engineering start-up
and growing companies.

environment. It is in the heart of Motorsport
Valley and is served by the new A43 dual
carriageway between the M1 and M40.
With a reputation as one of the leading
architectural metalworkers in the UK, Premier
Stairways were awarded the contract to
design, manufacture and install two steel
staircases. The first a functional 4 flight steel
stair with painted mild steel balustrade. The
second being a feature 4 flight steel staircase
with sand blasted glass treads and 70 metres
of stainless steel glazed balustrade to the first
and second floor atriums. |
